Whitby Woes At Worksop As Seasiders Lose 9th League Game Of The Season

Whitby lost 3-0 away against high-flying Worksop Town last night at the Windsor Foodservice Stadium

Town did create chances but couldn't get past former Scarborough shot-stopper Tommy Taylor, and it was the home side who opened the scoring on the stroke of half time, through Dan Bramhall.

Bramhall made it two on the 72nd minute before Jordan Burrow 'buried' Whitby with 12 minutes remaining.

The Seasiders sit 13th in the Northern Premier League.

Manager Gary Liddle reflected on a "difficult night" after the game:
