The Seadogs returned to the National North play-off spots in style after a late show down south on Saturday.
Jono Greening's men despatched Oxford City 2-0 with both goals coming in the last 20 minutes.
The Seadogs could have had plenty more after a dominant display.
Ste Walker was denied by the keeper's legs inside five minutes, with Luca Colville then firing over after good work from the breaking Rio Allan.
Walker had penalty appeals waved away after he appeared to be pushed.
Walker was denied again by the City gloveman with Dom Tear heading over the resulting corner.
Green and Walker had efforts saved with Kieran Weledji and Michael Duckworth (twice) blocking well at the other end.
Colville, Allan and Walker all had further efforts after the break, but the opening goal came from the hosts albeit in their own net.
With 20 minutes remaining, Allan clipped the post after good work from Green and the rebound struck an unlucky Oxford defender on its way into the net.
Jack Waldron then made sure with Boro's second, four minutes from time.
Greening spoke to SAFC TV at full-time:
" Yeah really happy. I think we played some really good stuff. I think the only thing that was missing in the first half was being clinical.
"I think probably we should have been 3-0 up, potentially 4-0 up at half-time. Potentially could have had another penalty. To me it looks like a stone-waller, but obviously the referee didn't give it. But yeah, really happy."
Boro welcome King's Lynn to the Mounting Systems Stadium on Tuesday, in National North, with a 7.45pm kick-off.
