Gary Liddle will need to turn things around quickly with Whitby Town back in action after two weeks away, on Saturday.
The 38-year-old, who took over from Nathan Haslam last month, has started with two draws, against Morpeth and Leek Town.
But after a two-week absence, the Seasiders are just about the NPL Premier relegation zone.

After Jake Charles' ankle injury, Liddle has brought back fellow frontman Connor Simpson until the new year.
Most famously, Simpson netted at Bristol Rovers in last season's FA Cup First Round.
He's recently returned to the Towbar Express Stadium, after a spell in Australia.
The Blues host Prescot Cables, with a 3.00pm kick-off.
