East Riding school children are growing veg and making crafts for this year's show.
With two weeks to go until this year's Driffield Show the organisers say they are bringing fresh innovations to the agricultural show.
Chief Exec of the Driffield Agricultural Society - David Tite - says they are constantly looking to add to the traditional show experience.
The show will feature the East Riding’s own Atkinson Action Horses who will be the main attraction in the Main Ring on Wednesday, 17th July.
Atkinson Action Horses have spent the past twenty years training horses and riders for both film and tv. With credits from Poldark, Victoria, Peaky Blinders, Emmerdale and All Creatures Great and Small and visitors to the show are being promised "an astounding display of tricks and stunts normally reserved for only tv and the big screen" and are advised to be prepared for "heart in your mouth demonstrations of astounding acrobatics."
The Show will also feature traditional displays by Heavy Horses and a main ring timetable that includes numerous horse and pony sections ranging from the Local Ridden Ponies to the Show Jumping Classes.
Hundreds of East Riding School Pupils are also getting involved in growing vegetables and making handicrafts that will be on display at this year's Driffield Show.
David Tite, says getting youngsters involved is a key aim for the Agricultural show.
This year marks 170 years since the first Driffield show, in that time there have been 147 shows held.
