Sunday is Whitby Town FC's popular annual Gala Day with a number of musical acts and other entertainment at the Turnbull Ground.
Gala Day fever is officially in full swing at the Towbar Express Stadium on Sunday. Here's who you'll see perform at this year's event...
OUTSIDE
12:30pm - Jet Blax
Jet Blax are a Whitby-based four-piece pop and rock band. You can expect to hear covers of a number of iconic groups and artists including The Beatles, The Eagles, The Commodores, The Rolling Stones, The Undertones, The Futons, Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Elton John, Van Morrison, Madness, Elvis Presley, Kenny Rogers, Oasis, Queen and many more!
1:30pm - Acoustic Allsorts
Another Whitby-based group, Acoustic Allsorts are a duo playing covers of hit songs from the past few decades.
2:30pm - Trilogy
Gala Day regulars, Trilogy, are back for 2024. Enjoy a range of cover songs from different decades and across genres.
4pm - Sunbeam
Local music stars Sunbeam will play an extended set at the Towbar Express Stadium for this year's Gala Day. Fresh from featuring at a number of popular summer festivals, including the Isle of Wight Festival, you'll be in for a treat when Sunbeam take to the stage.
INSIDE
6:30pm - Leah-Marie
After wowing with stunning vocals at last year's Gala Day, Leah-Marie is back for 2024. Enjoy a mixture of pop, rock, dance, RnB and soul music from Leah-Marie.
8:30pm - Falsetto Frank & The Longmen
Lead by Whitby Town regular, Liam Dudman, Falsetto Frank & The Longmen are a 5-piece band performing classics from across the decades.
