The Blues go to another NPL Premier side in the competition today.
There's £2,250 on the line as Whitby Town travel west to rivals Lancaster City.
The teams have had contrasting seasons so far.
Whitby won two of their first three matches, drawing the other, before losing their last three.
City lost their first two, but have won three of the next four.
Blues have injury concerns over midfield trio Michael Woods, Layton Watts and skipper Lewis Hawkins.
However ex-Scarborough Athletic striker Jake Charles may return:
"Yeah, fingers crossed, I'll play a part on Saturday. Obviously it's a big game for the club with it being in the FA Cup and obviously the prize money that you get for progressing through the rounds and I think at the minute, we need a big win and a big performance after the last three games, so we're looking for a reaction."
You can hear the full interview with Jake and the thoughts of player-boss Gary Liddle on the latest Whitby Town Codcast.
Kick-off at Lancaster's Giant Axe ground is 3.00pm.
