The Seasiders lost out 3-1 at home to Ashton United on Saturday, four days after another 4-2 loss at the Towbar Express Stadium.
The Blues fell behind inside ten minutes and conceded again early in the second half.
Substitute Junior Mondal popped up with a spectacular goal from distance to reduce the arrears, but visitors Ashton United won it with a disputed third on the break late on.
Blues boss Nathan Haslam spoke to Whitby Town TV post-match:
The Blues have a quickfire opportunity to bounce back on Monday when they visit another top-five side in Ilkeston, in Derbyshire.
Kick-off is 3.00pm in the NPL Premier.
