North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue say they made safe a vehicle fire in the centre of Whitby on Saturday.
It happened just after 9.30am on Church Street, on the east side of the town.
Officers say crews from Whitby and Robin Hoods’ Bay extinguished a fire to a large delivery van.
The vehicle was significantly damaged by fire.
Breathing apparatus and hose reels were used.
No-one was reported hurt as firefighters also made the scene and area safe.
