Energy consultants are to be brought into the Scarborough Borough to figure out how to decarbonise hard to adapt homes.
£100,000 of funding has been secured to deliver the project which aims to come up with solutions to decarbonise stone built-properties and Victorian terraces.

The Scarborough Borough is posing some particular problems for North Yorkshire's ambition to become a carbon-negative county.
Many properties in the borough are classed as hard to de-carbonise with their structures not lending themselves to things like cavity wall insulation.
