Boro put 7 past Northern League Division Two side Thornaby in the North Riding Senior Cup last night.
It took 30 minutes for the deadlock to be broken, mostly due to a series of fantastic saves from Thornaby goalkeeper Mark Foden.
On the half-hour mark, Luca Colville rifled in from close range, before making it two just 2 minutes later.
Alex Wiles bagged Boro's third within a minute as the floodgates opened.
Weledji then headed in from close range from a corner to make it four 5 minutes before the half time break.
Loan signing Alfie King bagged two second half goals in the space of a few minutes to put Boro 6-0 up before energetic sub Harry Green scored the 7th on 76 minutes.
Boro's Assistant Manager Michael Ingham told This Is The Coast it was a professional performance:
Thornaby did create chances, especially in the 2nd half, with Boro keeper Matt Bancroft making two spectacualr saves to keep a clean sheet.
Ingham, a former goalkeeper himself, was delighted with the saves:
