Our local rugby sides are back in action on Saturday with Scarborough, Bridlington and Whitby all competing.
Boro have suffered back-to-back defeats and are looking for their first win of the new season when they visit Halifax side Moortown in North East 2.
In the same division, Bridlington are hoping to kick on from last week's victory over Glossop when they host another Halifax team in Old Brodleians, at Duke's Park.
Whitby are looking for a success on their travels in Durham & Northumberland Two when they go to Gateshead.
