The York side won the toss and amassed 238/8 from their 50 overs.
Gihan Maligaspe Koralange took 3/53 with two wickets each for Matthew Turnbull and Muhammad Ayub.
Scarborough were never in the reply after being bowled out inside 29 overs for just 87, Turnbull top-scored with 84.
Elsewhere in the division, Driffield Town continued their improvement with a 17-run win over Easingwold.
Messers Drury and Goddard led the way with 92 and 57 respectively as Driff posted 200/9 from their 50 overs.
Their visitors then slipped from 80/2 to 140/9 with Thilina's 6/46 making the difference.
Bridlington are up to third in YPN Championship East after a 57-run win over Brandesburton at Duke's Park.
Casey Rudd's impressive 90 not out and Baker's 55 got them to 185, after choosing to bat first.
Rudd then starred with the ball, taking 5/40- Robinson's 2/27 also helped skittle the visitors for just 128, in 34 overs.
Folkton & Flixton are fifth following their three-wicket defeat at Woodhouse Grange 2nds.
The villagers chose to bat first but were bowled out for just 149 in the 48th over.
Grange reached their target with three overs to spare.
In YPN Division One East, third-placed Filey had a thumping win over Hull Zingari 2nds.
Opener Ryan Baldry hit 78, with Sean Pinder adding 65 and Josh Dawson smashing 53 from just 39 runs.
Filey posted 278/8 from their 50 overs and it proved more than enough.
Baldry took 2/12 with Dawson and Tom Watson grabbing one each as Zingari made just 94/5 from 30 overs, losing by 184 runs, on the Duckworth-Lewis rule, when the rain came.
Leaders Pickering had a similarly emphatic victory, over North Cave Coal Exporters, at Mill Lane.
The visitors were dismissed for just 109 in 45 overs, with Pickering reaching their target with just two wickets down and as early as the 18th over.
Whitby were edged out in a low-scoring clash up the A171 at Guisborough, in North Yorkshire South Durham Division One.
Asked to bat first, the visitors made a decent start but slipped from 70/2 to 100 all out, opener Tom Steyert top-scored with 29.
Steyert was then instrumental as Guisborough were reduced to 65/8 in reply.
