Scarborough Athletic have signed Alex Brown, following his departure from Chester.
The left back, who can also play anywhere on the left, joins the Seadogs after Jonathan Greening was able to lure him to the Yorkshire Coast.
The former Sheffield United starlet, who has represented England at 'C' Level on two occasions, has also enjoyed time with Sheffield FC, Buxton, Kings Lynn, Kettering, Boston United and Chester. Whilst with Kettering Town, Brown picked up a number of awards.
Alex came through the Sheffield United Academy as a 15 year old and pushed on to the Under 21’s.
Jono commented on his latest addition
"Alex is very experienced for his young age at only 24, having represented England at C level, which shows his quality".
