The Seadogs host Northern League opposition in the North Riding Senior Cup Quarter Finals on Tuesday night.
Boro will take on Yarm & Eaglescliffe for the first-ever time on Tuesday night.
Scarborough Athletic are the competition's current holders having won it three of the last four seasons.
They beat Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium in May.
After Noah Wadsworth and Rocco Coyle returned to their parent clubs, Boro boss Jono Greening told SAFC TV he's looking for new blood:
"Yeah, looking elsewhere as well. Always looking at all the little free transfers that come around as well. People getting rid of players and stuff like that, and paying contracts out. So yeah, we're always open. Hopefully we'll have Luca back next week, which will be great and have another body in the door.
"But yeah, we're always looking."
Kick-off at the Mounting Systems Stadium is 7.45pm.
