Scarborough Athletic Beat Manchester United

Scarborough Athletic simply outperformed Manchester United.

Boro beat United, however the win isn't on the pitch.

A social media post about Scarborough's new away kit has outperformed a post about the Manchester kit on a fans kit forum.

Boro Chairman Trevor Bull says there has been a lot of interest in the new away strip.

The post about the new Scarborough away kit received over 250,000 views and 1,500 likes, a post about the Manchester United kit on the same forum received just 6,000 views and 23 likes.

The new gold and black strip made it's first appearance in the Dave Holland memorial game last weekend.

Trevor Bull has revealed the thinking behind the clubs new away kit, saying he hopes it will solve a problem with kit clashes.
