Both Scarborough Athletic and Whitby Town are in the 4th Qualifying Round of the Emirates FA Cup, here are the details about who they will play....
Scarborough Athletic made it in to the 4th qualifying round draw after an 87th minute Lewis Maloney penalty gave borough a 2-1 victory at Darlington on Saturday.
Whitby Town beat league rivals Morpeth 1-0 in their match at the Towbar Express Stadium.
The wins meant that both sides were in today's 4th qualifying round draw which saw National League teams enter the fray for the first time this season.
The fourth round qualifying consists of 64 clubs contesting 32 ties, with 15 in the North and 17 in the South.
Following today's draw it has been confirmed that :
- Scarborough Athletic will host National League side Oxford City
- Whitby Town will Travel to National League South side Chelmsford City
Both the clubs are now just one win away from the Competition Proper. The matches are set to played on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th October.
Both Scarborough and Whitby will have received £5,625 in prize money following their victories on Saturday. A win in the 4th Qualifying round would net each club a further £9,375.
