Scarborough will soon be celebrating 400 years of being a tourist resort.
The milestone will be reached in 2026.
Rich Maw is an independent councillor for Weaponess and Ramshill.
He's been working with Scarborough Museums Trust and employing a locality grant to find out more about what happened 400 years ago:
