Pikes Target 11th Heaven Later

Pickering Town have more Friday night football later when they host Wombwell Town.

Tony Hackworth's men play just 48 hours after their last match, where they beat Eccleshill 3-2 after an injury time winner.

They're looking to extend their unbeaten start to the season to eleven matches.

They sit sixth in Northern Counties East Premier with games in hand after a superb FA Cup run which has included three victories and a win in the FA Vase.

A win over Wombwell Town would take Pikes up to fourth in the division.

Pickering host Runcorn Linnets in the FA Cup Second Qualifying Round on Saturday 13th September in front of the BBC cameras.

Kick-off is 7.45pm on Friday night at Mill Lane.
