Pikes are at home again tonight to Redcar Athletic in the FA Cup.
If Tony Hackworth's men win, they'll reach the Second Qualifying Round for the first time in over 20 years.
There's also £2,250 up for grabs for the winners, with £750 for the losing team.
Athletic are top of NPL East, Bridlington's league, a level above Pickering.
Pikes have beaten Penrith and Easington Colliery already in the FA Cup.
The club has thanked supporters from local clubs like York City, Scarborough Athletic, Harrogate Town and Whitby Town who have turned in previous games, encouraging Pickering fans to repay the gesture when Pikes aren't playing.
Kick-off is 8.00pm at Mill Lane.
Meanwhile, midfielder Liam Love has gone back to old club Selby Town after a short spell with the Pikes.
