Pikes beat bottom club Keighley Town 4-0 on Friday night in Northern Counties East Premier.
Coulibaly broke the deadlock inside 20 minutes, from the penalty spot. He then had the ball in the net, for a second time, within nine minutes and converted another spot kick for after the half hour.
George Thewlis added a fourth right at the end.
The victory takes Simon Heslop's men up to 14th spot.
