Peasholm Park in Scarborough is going to be all lit up tonight.
The second Moonlight on the Lake event will be taking place with lanterns illuminating some of the park's iconic features.
Lee Threadgold is helping to illuminate the island.
The lake in Scarborough's Peasholm Park will be swapping naval battles for serene illuminations as part of the event.
Dozens of lanterns will be taking to the water as part of the festivities.
Lee Threadgold says the event wont be on for very long.
The illuminations will be in place from 5:30pm until 7:30pm this evening (Friday October 21st)
