Paul Carrack is to play Scarborough's Spa Grand Hall this June for a special one off ‘How Long 50th Anniversary Tour’ performance.
Paul Carrack, the voice behind hits like 'How Long', is set to perform at the Spa Grand Hall in Scarborough on Thursday, 19th June 2025.
Carrack, often called "The Man with the Golden Voice", will bring his 'How Long 50th Anniversary Tour' to the Yorkshire Coast. This performance celebrates a musical legacy spanning five decades, featuring his timeless classic ‘How Long’. According to the Spa, the night promises "a journey through Carrack’s illustrious career".
Carrack's career includes global hits such as 'Tempted', 'Over My Shoulder', and the Grammy-nominated 'Living Years'. He has toured extensively, making live performance a key part of his musical identity.
Paul Carrack is a singer, songwriter, and self-taught multi-instrumentalist from Sheffield. His career includes being the lead singer of Ace, composing their hit 'How Long'. He was also the voice of 'Tempted' with Squeeze and had hits with Mike + the Mechanics such as 'The Living Years' and 'Over My Shoulder'. Carrack's co-writing also includes ‘Love Will Keep Us Alive’, which was covered by The Eagles.
Carrack has also worked as a session musician with artists such as Roxy Music, The Smiths and Elton John. Since 2000, he has been building his solo career with his label Carrack-UK, releasing albums and touring extensively.
