North Yorkshire Police have seen a big improvement on answering times for 101 calls.
We told you earlier this week, North Yorkshire Police has reported exceptional performance in managing emergency calls, with figures showing that 999 calls are now being answered in an average of just three seconds.
This level of performance places the force among the strongest performers in the country.
The force is also doing well on 101 calls.
North Yorkshire Police say the 101 line average answer time continues to fall.
There's been a further 1 minute 14 seconds reduction in 2025- against the same period last year.
