Scarborough Athletic suffered FA Cup heartbreak but there was better news for Whitby Town and Bridlington.
There was disappointment for Scarborough Athletic who slipped out of the FA Cup yesterday.
Jono Greening's side lost 2-0 to two second half goals from the bottom side in their NPL Premier Division, Witton Albion, at the Flamingo Land Stadium.
Elsewhere, Whitby Town thumped Warrington Rylands of NPL East 4-0, with all their goals also coming after the interval. Top scorer Jacob Hazel is now on eight goals after a tremendous brace, with Marcus Giles striking from the penalty spot and Josh MacDonald also on target.
Bridlington Town fought back to hold Atherton Colliery, from Whitby and Scarborough's division, after Jack Bulless' goal.
Both Whitby and Brid will be in tomorrow lunchtime's second qualifying round draw.
