Haven’s Blue Dolphin and Primrose Valley parks have partnered with Filey School to deliver hands-on culinary experiences.
Holiday park operator, Haven, has partnered with Yorkshire-based Filey School to host cooking classes, providing them with hands-on culinary experiences guided by professional chefs from both Haven Blue Dolphin and Primrose Valley.
The company says that the partnership between the Yorkshire parks and Filey School reflects "a shared commitment to community engagement and youth development", with the aim of providing students with valuable skills that extend beyond the classroom.
The cooking classes are aligned with the food technology curriculum to cover a range of culinary topics, including basic cooking techniques, nutrition, meal planning, and more.
Students had the opportunity to work with fresh ingredients and learn to prepare delicious and healthy dishes under the guidance of experienced chefs.
