It's the second official year of the new event which celebrates diversity, love and inclusivity on the Yorkshire Coast.
There will be a Pride Parade on Saturday.
The Scarborough Pride Parade will take a central route through the town centre, starting outside the Brunswick Centre at 11am. From there, it heads through the town centre along Newborough and Westborough, along Foreshore Road towards Scarborough Spa, where the festivities will continue for the rest of the day.
Tia Kofi, winner of Drag Race UK vs The World, is then headlining on one of two stages at the Spa, with entertainment from 12 noon until 6pm.
