An outdoor storage building is now a bar that will be used for events, after East Riding Council granted planning permission for change of use.
The outdoor bar is at The Plough Inn.
It's on Northside Road in Hollym, East Yorkshire.
The Environmental Control team at the authority said:
“Whilst I have concerns about the effects on nearby residential amenity brought about by noise emitted during outdoor music events staged at The Plough Inn, I do not consider that approval for this application will in itself result in harm to nearby residential amenity.”
The retrospective change of use was given the green light on Thursday.
