The village's annual display is making a come back.
Fireworks will be returning to Sewerby tonight as the annual display returns to the village after a years absence.
Charlie Kilburn from the Ship Inn says the event will be raising money for a local good cause.
Charlie says the team at the pub are hoping to reach a fundraising milestone this year.
Parking will be available at Sewerby Hall, the event starts at 6pm with a small bonfire is being lit at 7:15 and the fireworks getting underway at 7:30.
The event is free to attend with the organisers taking donations for Bridlington's Hinge Centre. Donations can be made on the gate or in advance online at https://www.goldengiving.com/fundraising/BonfireNightShipInn
Charlie says the event will have live music, an inflatable slide, trampolines and plenty of food available.
There will be a team of medics on site from Medics UK and a full risk assessment has been completed liaising with East Riding Council.
