Filey residents can take in a special presentation on Thursday from the makers of the town's new floodlit skate park.
Scarborough Borough Council are funding the project, alongside Filey Council and the Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner's Community Fund.
The Ravine Skatepark Group, made up mainly of local youngsters, have helped form the plans.

The site for the skatepark is by the beach, at West Avenue Car Park.
Local councillors have worked with contractor Canvas Spaces Ltd and the local Ravine Skatepark Group.

Work on the new facility is starting in the autumn.

The project has cost over £360,000 and has been two years in the making.
The skatepark is set to be completed by next Easter.
