The Seadogs begin their campaign with an away clash in the Oldham area.
Ashton United, who play a level below, provide the opposition for Jono Greening's men.
The NPL Premier outfit beat NPL East Hallam 2-0 after a replay to reach this stage.
Boro defender Kieran Weledji has plenty of goals in mind but knows it won't be easy:
"Obviously in these early stages, you tend to play teams in in the lower division yourselves, and for them it's potentially their cup final, so they're always raring to go. And we've had it last season with it was Dunton, wasn't It Away, which was a very difficult game where we had a replay.
"And we've had it in previous years as well. Yeah, you've got to take it game by game. But of course, the a. Ultimate goal is, for me personally, is trying to get to the second, the third round as a club. Yep. Getting to the first rounds out. Very good. We've done that twice in a row.
"Fell a little bit short against very good opposition. But yeah, definitely for the club. In terms of, from a financial point of view, it would be great to get a bit of a run going but not lose focus in the league."
You can hear the full interview with Kieran Weledji on the latest edition of the Seadogs Podcast.
Kick-off is 3.00pm.
If the match is drawn, there will be a replay at The Mounting Systems Stadium on Tuesday night.
There is live commentary on This Is The Coast Extra from kick-off.
