There's a new collaboration between the HEY Smile Foundation, local charities and the Active Communities team from East Riding Council.
Smile UK have been working with charities across the East Riding to create a library of event equipment that charities and non-profit groups can hire for free.
The service called the Smile Vaults and charities can register and book the equipment online from www.smilevaults.org.
They have everything from giant games to gazebos- as well as tables, chairs and electrical equipment such as digital cameras and projectors.
Non-profit groups can register and hire items for up to 7 days for free and you can book a year in advance.

There are a number of hubs to hire equipment from including the Bridlington Borrow Box and the Driffield Share Station.
