The Police and Crime Commissioner for the Bridlington area and further down the Yorkshire Coast has given an insight into the training required by Humberside Police.
Jonathan Evison explained why he doesn't think national policy of a policing degree is necessary in the East Riding:
He feels money is saved too and it'll lead to lengthy delays affecting ten percent of officers.
