As more health services are delivered through the NHS app there are concerns that some people in the East Riding could be getting left behind.
The concern is that not everyone can afford to access the NHS app and there are calls for more traditional methods of accessing health services and information to be maintained.
James Dennis from Health Watch East Riding, says there is anecdotal evidence that the cost of living crisis is creating a digital divide in health care.
As more health services are delivered online there is concern that's parts of the East Riding could be suffering from Digital Exclusion.
James Dennis from East Yorkshire's health watchdog says people in more deprived areas can't always access digital services like the NHS APP.
