Officers on the Yorkshire Coast had to deal with a barn fire in Fylingdales and assisted paramedics in Scarborough.
Around 3pm on Friday, Crews from Robin Hoods Bay, Whitby and Scarborough were in attendance at a fire within an agricultural barn, involving hay bales and a tractor. The farmer removed cattle from the barn and crews tackled the fire, assisting in removing as many unaffected hay bales as possible.
Minutes later, Scarborough crew, who were mobile in the local area, came across a female collapsed next to Ramshill Road. Officers remained with the lady until the arrival of paramedics.
Officers had earlier attended Ewart Street, in Scarborough, to assist a member of the public in gaining access to a property.
Just before 9pm, crews from Scarborough responded to reports of a female stuck in a lift carriage. The lady was released from the lift using small tools.
