East Riding Libraries are encouraging residents to ‘Get reading, Get listening and Get watching’ for Get Online Week 2021, which runs from Monday, 18 to Sunday, 24 October.
On Tuesday, there will be members of the library team on hand at sessions Bridlington North Library to help anyone to start using the huge digital library of eBooks, audiobooks, digital newspapers, magazines and streaming services available completely FREE to East Riding Library members.
By providing these workshops, the libraries team hope to make the range of services more accessible to more people and help anyone who is struggling to get online.
East Riding Libraries offer free WiFi, internet access and computer use at all locations throughout the East Riding and it’s free to join the Library.
Gary Smith, Digital Services Officer, said:
