December kicks off with a special parade in Bridlington.
Bridlington Lantern Festival returns on Sunday.
The event is entirely self funded and features an array of homemade lanterns.
People will be parading through the town to mark the start of the festive season.
It's open to all and gets underway at 4.30pm from The Queens pub.
