Brid Well Beaten By Higher Opposition

Bridlington Town again conceded five against higher-league opponents, on Saturday.

Worksop Town won 5-0 at the Hudgell Solicitor Stadium.

The Nottinghamshire side were promoted as champions from Brid's NPL East, last season.

It follows a 5-1 loss at Scarborough Athletic, in the Dave Holland Trophy in midweek.

Brid begin the new NPL East season on Saturday August 12th.
