The Seasiders held Knaresborough Town 0-0 in North Yorkshire on Saturday.
The hard-fought clash will be at the Mounting Systems Stadium in midweek.
Brid are a league above their opponents and will be hoping that counts on Tuesday.
Kick-off is 7.45pm and if scores are level after 90 minutes, there'll be extra-time and if necessary, penalties.
The winners will travel to County Durham side West Auckland of the Northern League in the FA Cup Preliminary Round on Saturday 16th August and earn £1,444.
