Managers of both Scarborough Athletic and Whitby Town say they are looking for positive runs to get them to the end of the season
Despite the recent disappointing 1-0 loss at Banbury, Scarborough Athletic remain third in the national league before play commences today at 3pm.
Ahead of the game against local rivals South Shields - boss Jono Greening told Scarborough Athletic TV that he remains positive and believes his team have a lot to be proud of this season:-
Scarborough will be hoping to reverse the result they achieved at the start of the season when they lost 1-0 at Shields in only the fourth game of the season.
Whitby Town returned to action last weekend and could only play out an exciting 0-0 draw at Workington. Boss Nathan Haslam told Whitby Town TV that whilst missing some chances - there was to be "no pointing of fingers":-
And Haslam goes onto mention that what with the return of Junior Mondal - he is looking forward to an exciting back end of the season:
Today Whitby Town are set to host Basford United in the league, with a 3pm kick off.
