North Yorkshire Police say there are no suspicious circumstances after a man's body was discovered near Scarborough
Police say they were contacted at 6am Friday 17 March 2023 by a member of the public, who reported finding a body in a clothing recycling bin in Scalby, Scarborough.
Police, Fire and Ambulance services attended the scene on Friday morning.
North Yorkshire Police say that there are no suspicious circumstances around the man’s death and a file has been passed to the Coroner.
The man’s family have been made aware and are being supported by officers.
