Whitby Town were narrowly beaten in a bad-tempered affair as Radcliffe were crowned champions at the Towbar Express Stadium, on Saturday.
Whitby started strongly but it was the Lancashire side who led just before the half hour.
However, Lewis Hawkins quickly hit back, only for Radcliffe to win it six minutes later.
The North West outfit had a man sent off 11 minutes from time only for Adam Gell to also see red, for Whitby, late on.
Radcliffe fans, who travelled in their hundreds, celebrated wildly as they clinched the NPL Premier title and promotion to National North.
Blues boss Nathan Haslam told Whitby Town TV they were deserved champions:
The Seasiders are back at home on Tuesday night when Morpeth Town visit the Towbar Express Stadium, kick off is 7.45pm.
