It follows on from Saturday's 3-0 success over Leamington:
Tuesday saw a dominant Boro lead midway through the first half.
Richie Bennett was the man on target as Jono Greening's side took control in Cheshire.
The Seadogs then hit Warrington again, after the break.
On-loan Sheffield United youngster Mackenzie Maltby netted, this time, as Boro sealed a 2-0 victory.
Greening's men are back in action, on Saturday, again on the road.
Boro go to play-off-chasing Lancashire side Curzon Ashton.
